Each year the Alexandria, MN economic development team updates their Lakes Area Fact Book, a document mostly targeted at prospective businesses looking at the area. An infographic style presentation, the Fact Book covers demographics, real estate, the economy and more.
Knowing that businesses are after the most up to date data available Alexandria had a sense that the presentation of their data as well as the timeliness of it needed to go to the next level – and in doing so, help them stand out as a leading micropolitan area.
We have had a blast working with the team at Alexandria in developing their newly-launched dashboard page. The process was seamless, working with data from Emsi along with numerous other sources for things like the housing market and quality of life metrics.
